This is a reasonably priced set tour which includes accommodation in Nagoya and an admission ticket to Ghibli Park. This tour is recommended for JR pass holders and those traveling to/from Chubu Centrair International Airport or the Kansai area. Opening within the Aichi Earth Expo Memorial Park (Moricoro Park) in November 2022, Ghibli Park is a public facility welcoming visitors into the world of Studio Ghibli. There are no large attractions or rides inside Ghibli Park. It's a place where people can walk along the path and through the forest, feeling the breeze and come upon wonderful discoveries.

- This is a special tour for international visitors. Please understand that residents of Japan cannot make bookings for this tour.
- If the minimum number of participants (1) is not met by 14 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date may be canceled.
- The last reception day (reservation deadline) is 7 days prior to the tour at 0:00.

- Customers are responsible for paying all transportation expenses other than the included transportation listed in the itinerary.
- This product includes a ticket to Ghibli's Grand Warehouse for a specified date and time.

[About Ticket Pick-up]
Tickets and the final itinerary may be picked up at either (1) a hotel designated for ticket and itinerary delivery, or (2) Tokyo City i. The designated Shinkansen may not be changed at the pick-up location.
If the address for the tickets and final itinerary to be sent to changes after booking, please inform us at least 8 days prior to the tour departure date.
Pick-up is possible starting from 7 days before the tour departure date until the day prior to departure. (Pick-up at Tokyo City i is possible starting from 3 days before the tour departure date until the day prior to departure.) Also, regarding bookings made less than 7 days prior to the tour departure date, pick-up will be possible starting from 2 days after the booking is made until the day prior to departure. Pick-up may be made only on or after the designated pick-up date. Tickets cannot be issued or changed at Tokyo City i.
 
(1) If Hotel designated for ticket delivery is selected:
Tickets will be sent by the day prior to tour departure. When booking, please enter the hotel's official name, address (all including postal code, prefecture, city, area number, etc.), and the name used for the hotel booking. Please be aware that service will not be possible if there are any errors in the information provided.
Please note that service to private residences or private lodgings (minpaku) is not available. Thank you for your understanding.
*Service to certain locations other than hotels, such as a business or embassy, is available. (Must be located in Japan.) Just as in the case for a hotel, please provide the address (all including postal code, prefecture, city, area number, etc.), and the name of the person to be sent to, along with contact information.
 
(2) If Tokyo City i is selected:
Please go to Tokyo City i and pick up the tickets on your own by the day prior to tour departure.
Pick-up at Tokyo City i is possible starting from 3 days before the tour departure date until the day prior to departure.
*However, pick-up is not available on the day of booking and the day after booking (business days only).

-This is an open-itinerary plan with no accompanying National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter or tour conductor.

[Important Notes/Supplements: Regarding Children/Infants]　
　　
- For customers 5 years of age and younger, round-trip Shinkansen tickets and bedding are not included.They will not be provided with their own seat on the Shinkansen, and must sit on the lap of their parent or guardian. If Shinkansen seats and bedding are required, please make bookings under the child rate. Please inform us of the number of children 0-3 years old separately in the remarks field.

- While requests for non-smoking rooms, Double beds, and baby cots are accepted, requests may not be accommodated depending on the hotel. Thank you for your understanding. Baby cots are available for a charge at some facilities. Please pay at the location. Also, children sharing beds with adults are limited to 1 child per bed.

(1) Please check your ticket and the final itinerary for the train number and departure time. Changes may not be made to the scheduled Shinkansen.
(2) The Shinkansen schedule may vary due to timetable revisions, etc.
(3) No refunds will be issued even if the Shinkansen tickets are not used. In such cases, please use public transportation to the destination on your own.
(4) If you must cancel your tour after receiving the Shinkansen tickets, please send the tickets back to the planning company (see Remarks 1).
(5) Changes may not be made to the scheduled Shinkansen. Customers who miss the designated Shinkansen may board a later departing Shinkansen in the non-reserved car section only (same day only).
(6) Customers will carry their own baggage. Please check the following important notes. Please be aware that there is not much space on board the Shinkansen.
 
- About bringing oversized baggage on JR Shinkansen
It will not be possible to bring large luggage whose total height, width, and length exceeds 160 cm onto Shinkansen. If bringing large luggage, please make use of a delivery service on your own.

- Entry to Ghibli's Grand Warehouse in Ghibli Park is at a specified date and time (11:00-12:00 on the day of the tour).
Please give yourself plenty of time to reach the park as entry will not be allowed for those who arrive past the specified time.
Customers are required to show the 2D code sent in advance as well as identification to enter. Please be careful as entry will not be allowed for those who forget to bring their 2D code and identification.
Reception will be per group. Please be sure to have all group members together before entering as individual entry is not permitted. Entry with a copied 2D code is not allowed.
Please also bring identification for young children without tickets. Re-entry is not allowed. 
The Hill of Youth and Dondoko Forest may not be entered on the day as they are on an advance reservation system. Thank you for your understanding. Before visiting, please check the infection prevention measures required to enter Ghibli Park.　
 
- About Meals:
There is 1 cafe at Ghibli's Grand Warehouse in Ghibli Park.
There are no spaces for visitors to eat any food they bring into the area.
Please eat inside Aichi Earth Expo Memorial Park.
When drinking beverages for hydration (drinks with cap/lid such as PET bottles, etc.), please drink outdoors or outside the exhibition rooms at plazas or along walkways.
 
- About Luggage:
While there are coin lockers inside Aichi Earth Expo Memorial Park, numbers are limited.
Keeping your belongings to a minimum as much as possible when visiting is recommended.
 
- Directions from Nagoya Station to Ghibli Park (example)
From Nagoya Station, take the Higashiyama Line subway train to Fujigaoka Station. From there, transfer to the Linimo line train and alight at Ai-Chikyuhaku Kinen Koen Station. It takes approx. 15 minutes on foot from Ai-Chikyuhaku Kinen Koen Station to Ghibli's Grand Warehouse.
