Day 1: Sep 22 (Wed) Honolulu ~ Chicago


4:00 PM Depart for Chicago on United Airlines flight UA 218. Food available for purchase on the flight. 

Day 2: Sep 23 (Thu) Chicago ~ El Paso


5:05 AM Arrive at Chicago O’Hare International Airport. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before transferring to our flight to El Paso, Texas.
10:00 AM Depart for El Paso, Texas on United Airlines flight UA 3553.
12:18 PM Arrive at El Paso International Airport, the largest civil airport in West Texas and Southern New Mexico. After claiming your luggage accompany your tour escort to our hotel in the heart of downtown El Paso. The first boutique hotel in El Paso, it was rated 100 out of 100 for walkability by TripAdvisor – close to everything that you’ll want to see while you’re here!

Day 3: Sep 24 (Fri) Free Day in El Paso (B)


Breakfast at hotel. Enjoy a free day to shop, explore and relax in the Sun City! The renovated historic streetcar line runs nearby our hotel and runs through El Paso’s uptown and downtown areas on a 4.8 mile loop, and can take you the length of the city

Bordering two countries and three states, El Paso is a unique city to explore – try the local Tex-Mex cuisine, or take a half hour drive into Mexico and make a visit to Ciudad Juárez, part of Mexico's zona frontera - no visa or passport is required to enter from the United States.

Day 4: Sep 25 (Sat) Las Cruces – UH vs New Mexico State Aggies Game Day! (B)


Breakfast at hotel. Then off to see the former Western Athletic Conference foes go head to head at Aggie Memorial Stadium in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Bags larger than 12” x 12” x 12” are not allowed. All bags must be clear and are subject to inspection upon entry and additional inspections within the venue. Due to the contract that the NMSU has with Sodexo, outside food or beverages are never allowed. Exceptions can be made for guests with medical conditions that warrant them to bring in their own food and/or drink. This includes sealed bottles of water.

Day 5: Sep 26 (Sun) Departure for Honolulu! (B)


Breakfast at hotel, then check out of hotel and then transfer to El Paso International Airport.
6:30 AM Depart for Denver on United Airlines flight UA 4732, food available for purchase on the flight. 
8:20 AM Arrive at Denver International Airport and transfer for our flight to Honolulu.
11:45 AM Depart for Honolulu on United Airlines flight UA 328, food available for purchase on the flight.
2:54 PM Arrive at Arrive at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. WELCOME HOME!

Deposit and Final Payment:

A $300.00 deposit per person will be required at the time of booking. Deposit is fully refundable until 100 days prior to departure.
The remaining balance is due 100 days prior to departure.
If reservation is made less than 100 days prior to departure, full payment is due at time of booking 
If remaining balance of payment is not made within the above-required period of time, JTB USA, Inc. reserves the right to cancel reservations.

2.

Cancellations and Changing Fees:  (Please read very carefully)

Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed bookings. Therefore, the following fees will apply:

Cancellation or any changes within:

* Up to 100 days prior to departure         No penalty

* From final payment ~ June 18th 2021:      30% of the total tour fee 

* June 19th 2021 ~ July 23rd, 2021: 50% of the total tour fee
* July 24th, 2021 ~ Departure date:            100% of the total tour fee

Airline tickets are non-refundable after issue. Other additional individual arrangements may not be refundable. Please check with our travel agents.

3.

Participation:

For the benefit of everyone in your tour group, JTB USA, Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, and to remove from the tour any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants.

We require a minimum of 10 participants to guarantee the tour.

JTB USA, Inc. will notify participants of any changes by 100 days prior to departure.

We regret that our escorted tours will operate only when booked by a sufficient number of participants. We reserve the right to cancel any departure date that has insufficient  demand. 

** There may be a possibility of operating tours with less than 10 participants, but changes to price and itinerary may become necessary.

4.

Responsibility:

The tour participant agrees that neither JTB USA, Inc. nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing services, or any insurer or insurance administrator under the Travel Protection Plan, or of any other person, or any other situations beyond the control of JTB USA, Inc., including weather, natural disaster, war, civil unrest, and order of government or immigration regulations.

Land Only:

If you purchase this package as LAND ONLY please be aware that the Land Only designation includes hotels/meals/and sightseeing only. International and domestic air flights as well as transportation to/from airports are not included.

We strongly advise that tour participants purchase one of the optional Travel Insurance plans.
