Day 1: Oct 15 (Thu) Honolulu ~ Colorado Springs

9:00 AM    Depart for Los Angeles on United Airlines flight UA 1221. Food available for purchase on flight. 5:30 PM    Arrive at Los Angeles International Airport and transfer for our flight to Colorado Springs.
7:45 PM    Depart for Colorado Springs on United Airlines flight UA 5317.   
10:59 PM    Arrive at Colorado Springs Airport. Colorado Springs is the home of the United States Air Force Academy (why we’re here!) and is known as Olympic City USA, as it is home to the United States Olympic Training Center and the headquarters of the United States Olympic Committee. After claiming your baggage meet your tour escort and transfer to our nearby hotel by airport shuttle.
Our hotel is conveniently located - Peterson Air Force Base and the Old Colorado City historic district are within 15 minutes, while Garden of the Gods is only 12 miles from our door.

Day 2: Oct 16 (Fri) Free day in Colorado Springs! (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Today is free to relax, shop and explore Colorado Springs on your own. Stunning natural vistas at Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods Park, craft breweries, the unique culture of the Western US and more. Day 3: Oct 17 (Sat) Game day – University of Hawaii vs. Air Force Falcons! (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Relax until it’s time to depart for the game by chartered motor coach for Falcon Stadium. Today the teams duel for the Kuter Trophy, named after the Late General Laurence S. Kuter, the first head of the Pacific Air Forces Command in 1957. The trophy was conceived by UH, sponsored by the Pacific Air Command, and designed by the Air Force Academy.

Air Force games are famous for their pre-game activities! Nowhere else can you see the game ball delivered by the Wings of Blue, the U.S. Air Force Academy parachute team, fly-bys, the cadet march-on and live performances.

Falcon Stadium Entry Policy

For safety and security, please note size restriction of bags allowed inside Falcon Stadium. Be prepared to show keys, cell phones, or other metal related items during screening/metal detection process.  NOTE: Do not leave any items at gates; return items to your vehicle or dispose. 

•    Persons/personal belongings are subject to search. Entry will be denied if you elect not to consent
•    Food is permitted, but must be displayed in a transparent 1-gallon zip lock bag. Note: Only (1) one-gallon transparent zip lock bag per ticket holder.
•    Factory-sealed transparent soft plastic water bottles, 24 oz. or less is the only beverage permitted. Note: Exceptions are made for medical conditions and infants.  Fans may also bring in an empty soft transparent water bottle for the purpose of filling their bottle with water inside stadium. (24 oz./less).


•    Illegal substances: Note - Marijuana is an illegal substance on Federal property
•    Weapons or dangerous objects of any type
•    Alcohol, glass containers, bottles/cans, aerosol sprays, hard sided (or Nalgene) plastic bottles
•    Sunscreen: Sunscreen is permissible in 6 ounce tubes or less. (No bottles or aerosol sprays)
•    No hand bags larger than (12” x 12” x 12”). No hard-sided containers, or coolers
•    No backpacks to include bota bags, wine-skins, and camelbacks. Note: Infant diaper bags/carrier packs permitted if infant is present
•    Laser pointers, fireworks, or any item deemed unsafe by security personnel
•    Any unapproved Banners/Signs (No signs larger than 18” x 24”)
•    PETS: (Other than ADA Compliant Service Animals)
•    No sticks, bats, poles, umbrellas, footballs, Frisbees, balls or inflatable balls
•    Artificial noisemakers of any kind
•    Baby seats, Large Strollers-----(Collapsible umbrella strollers are permitted)
•    Any item that cannot be readily inspected
•    No flash photography
•    No Smoking or Tobacco of any kind---(Includes electronic cigarettes)
•    No seatbacks wider than 19 inches (no excessive pockets or protruding arm rests)
NOTE: There is no available storage of prohibited items. Please take back to your vehicle

Day 4: Oct 18 (Sun) Departure for Honolulu (B)

Breakfast at hotel, then check out of hotel and then transfer to Colorado Springs Airport by hotel airport shuttle.
9:33 AM    Depart for Denver on United Airlines flight UA 5242.
10:35 AM    Arrive at Denver International Airport and transfer for our flight to Honolulu.
11:30 AM    Depart for Honolulu on United Airlines flight UA 328, food available for purchase on flight.
2:39 PM    Arrive at Arrive at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. WELCOME HOME!

Deposit and Final Payment:

A $300.00 non-refundable deposit per person will be required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due 100 days prior to departure.

If reservation is made less than 100 days prior to departure, full payment is due at time of booking.

If remaining balance of payment is not made within the above-required period of time, JTB USA, Inc. reserves the right to cancel reservations.


Cancellations and Changing Fees:  (Please read very carefully)

Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed bookings. Therefore, the following fees will apply:

Cancellation or any changes within:

* Until final payment:                            $300 deposit
* From final payment ~ July 15th 2020:         30% of the total tour fee
* July 16th 2020 ~ August 14th, 2020:         50% of the total tour fee
* August 15th, 2020 ~ Departure date:               100% of the total tour fee

Airline tickets are non-refundable after issue. Other additional individual arrangements may not be refundable. Please check with our travel agents.



For the benefit of everyone in your tour group, JTB USA, Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, and to remove from the tour any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants.

We require a minimum of 10 participants to guarantee the tour.

JTB USA, Inc. will notify participants of any changes by 100 days prior to departure.

We regret that our escorted tours will operate only when booked by a sufficient number of participants. We reserve the right to cancel any departure date that has insufficient  demand. 

** There may be a possibility of operating tours with less than 10 participants, but changes to price and itinerary may become necessary.



The tour participant agrees that neither JTB USA, Inc. nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing services, or any insurer or insurance administrator under the Travel Protection Plan, or of any other person, or any other situations beyond the control of JTB USA, Inc., including weather, natural disaster, war, civil unrest, and order of government or immigration regulations.


Land Only:

If you purchase this package as LAND ONLY please be aware that the Land Only designation includes hotels/meals/and sightseeing only. International and domestic air flights as well as transportation to/from airports are not included.
