Day 1: Nov 27 (Fri) Honolulu ~ San Diego


2:00 PM    Depart for Phoenix on Hawaiian Airlines flight HA 16. Meal served on the flight.    
9:25 PM    Arrive at San Diego International Airport, originally known as Lindbergh Field after Charles Lindbergh - the busiest single runway airport in the United States and third-busiest single runway airport in the world. Pick up luggage, then transfer to our hotel in San Diego by chartered motor coach. Our centrally located, family owned hotel is conveniently located in the heart of San Diego and offers complimentary shuttle within a five-mile radius for free transportation to popular attractions like Fashion Valley Mall, Old Town, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and SeaWorld. It is also just a 13 minute walk from the Fashion Valley Transit Center stop on the Sycuan Green Line of the San Diego light rail system.

Day 2: Nov 28 (Sat) SDCCU Stadium – UH vs San Diego State Aztecs Game Day! (B)


Buffet breakfast at hotel. Free time to relax until we depart for SDCCU Stadium by Sycuan Green Line of the San Diego light rail (13 minutes’ walk from our hotel to the Fashion Valley Mall station or use the hotel shuttle). Aztec football is not just a game, it is a ritual in San Diego. 

The Aztec Tradition

* Warrior Walk - Join the Aztec Marching Band Drumline as they lead the team to the stadium from the team bus stop in parking lot F-4 to the SDCCU Stadium tunnel. The Warrior Walk will start approximately two hours prior to kickoff and all fans are encouraged to attend.
* Wells Fargo Aztec Village - Following the Warrior Walk, head to parking lot C-1/D-1 for the Aztec Village pre-game tailgate featuring live music, food, beverages, games for the kids, and appearances by the Aztec Marching Band, dance team, cheerleaders, coaches, and athletes. The tailgate will end 30 minutes prior to kickoff.
* Honorary Warrior - Make sure to get to your seats early to watch the Honorary Warrior stand guard over pre-game festivities, and lead the team onto the field.
* Warrior Shield - The traditional warrior's shield will accompany the team on all travels and to the sideline at all games home and away. The shield will be held high by the captains during the singing of the Fight Song following home wins.

Fans will be able to carry any of the following styles and size bag, package or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium.

* Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches, or One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
* Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bag options however they are subject to inspection by stadium personnel.
* An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, seat cushions, luggage of any kind, computer/camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.

ALCOHOL POLICY: Alcohol sales begin from the time the gates open and continue until the end of the third quarter. An individual must be 21 years of age to buy alcoholic beverages and proof of age is required.  Everyone, regardless of age, must present a valid I.D. for each alcohol purchase.    There is a two-drink limit per order until the start of the third quarter.  After the start of the third quarter, there is a one-drink limit per order until the end of the third quarter.  No alcohol will be sold in the fourth quarter of any game.  Alcohol may not be brought into the stadium or taken out of the stadium.

Day 3: Nov 29 (Sun) Free Day! (B)


Buffet breakfast at hotel. Today is free to relax at our hotel’s heated pool or enjoy shopping and exploring the San Diego area. Our centrally located, family owned hotel is conveniently located in the heart of San Diego and offers complimentary shuttle within a five-mile radius for free transportation to popular attractions like Fashion Valley Mall, Old Town, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and SeaWorld. It is also a short walk from the Fashion Valley Transit Center stop on the Sycuan Green Line of the San Diego light rail system. The Fashion Valley Shopping Center is the largest shopping mall in San Diego and one of the largest in California.

Day 4: Nov 30 (Mon) Departure for Honolulu


Breakfast at hotel, then check out of hotel and then transfer to San Diego International Airport by chartered motor coach.
9:05 AM    Depart for Honolulu on Hawaiian Airlines flight HA 15, meal served on the flight.
1:20 PM    Arrive at Arrive at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. WELCOME HOME!

Deposit and Final Payment:

A $300.00 non-refundable deposit per person will be required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due 100 days prior to departure.

If reservation is made less than 100 days prior to departure, full payment is due at time of booking.

If remaining balance of payment is not made within the above-required period of time, JTB USA, Inc. reserves the right to cancel reservations.

2.

Cancellations and Changing Fees:  (Please read very carefully)

Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed bookings. Therefore, the following fees will apply:

Cancellation or any changes within:

* Until final payment:                            $300 deposit
* From final payment ~ August 28th 2020:         30% of the total tour fee
* August 29th 2020 ~ September 30th, 2020:     50% of the total tour fee
* October 1st, 2020 ~ Departure date:               100% of the total tour fee
 

Airline tickets are non-refundable after issue. Other additional individual arrangements may not be refundable. Please check with our travel agents.

3.

Participation:

For the benefit of everyone in your tour group, JTB USA, Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, and to remove from the tour any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants.

We require a minimum of 10 participants to guarantee the tour.

JTB USA, Inc. will notify participants of any changes by 100 days prior to departure.

We regret that our escorted tours will operate only when booked by a sufficient number of participants. We reserve the right to cancel any departure date that has insufficient  demand. 

** There may be a possibility of operating tours with less than 10 participants, but changes to price and itinerary may become necessary.

4.

Responsibility:

The tour participant agrees that neither JTB USA, Inc. nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing services, or any insurer or insurance administrator under the Travel Protection Plan, or of any other person, or any other situations beyond the control of JTB USA, Inc., including weather, natural disaster, war, civil unrest, and order of government or immigration regulations.

Land Only:

If you purchase this package as LAND ONLY please be aware that the Land Only designation includes hotels/meals/and sightseeing only. International and domestic air flights as well as transportation to/from airports are not included.
