This managed tour package combines popular tours that visit major sightseeing locations in Japan, such as Tokyo, Mt. Fuji, Kyoto, Hiroshima, and Miyajima over the span of 6 days. This tour is recommended for those visiting Japan for the first time. As this tour returns to Tokyo on Day 5, you can leave large luggage in Tokyo and enjoy some of Japan's World Heritage sites and other popular sightseeing spots. An English-speaking interpreter guide will lead the tour. Even people who are not used to traveling in Japan will have no problem participating worry-free.

Day 1: Arrival: Narita Airport or Haneda Airport


Currently, all foreign nationals who wish to newly enter Japan need to apply for a visa except for those with re-entry permit. A certificate for completion of registration to the ERFS system obtained by a receiving organization through online application is required for the visa application, along with other visa application documents in response to the purpose of visit. Hakone Komagatake Ropeway
Take a 7-minute ropeway ride to the peak of Mt. Komagatake. A total of 50 minutes will be spent here, including time to walk around at the peak. Take a cableway ride up to the spiritual Hakone Shrine Mototsumiya (original shrine) that nestles at the mountaintop. Enjoy the scenery of Lake Ashi spread out below.

Kitano Tenmangu Shrine is the substitute for Kyoto Imperial Palace on days it is closed to visitors.  It is famous for housing the God of scholarship.  This shrine's main hall is a designated national treasure. The shrine is especially great to see during the plum blossom and autumn leaf seasons.

The contrast of the green of Mount Misen behind the lacquered shrine pavilion and the blue of the Seto Sea is beautiful and evocative of the underwater palace of Ryugujo.

Atomic Bomb Dome
The Atomic Bomb Dome is a symbol of the disastrous atomic bombing during WWII, the first atomic bombs used in human history, and has been preserved as it was to promote peace and elimination of atomic weapons around the world.

[About Day 2 Itinerary (1-Day Tokyo Tour)]
- In case a planned destination is unavailable, the tour may be led to an alternative destination.
 Meiji Shrine, Sumida Hokusai Museum, Shitamachi Museum, Roppongi Hills Observation Deck, Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, Rikugi-en Garden, etc.
- At Tokyo Tower, admission fee for the Main Deck (150 m) is included. (Only for Adult and Child rates. For accompanying infants 4 years of age and older, an admission fee will be required separately.) The Top Deck (250 m) cannot be entered. Thank you for your understanding.
- Admission fees to the Tokyo Tower Main Deck will be required separately for infants 4-5 years old. Please pay at the location on the day. (JPY 500 as of Nov. 2021. Subject to change. Please check the following website for the most up-to-date information. https://www.tokyotower.co.jp/en/price/)
- For the tea ceremony experience, as wheelchair use may be difficult due to several areas with large steps on the way to the teahouse, participating in the tea ceremony experience is allowed only for customers who can walk on their own, or those who have a companion to assist them. Only the Japanese garden viewing is possible. Thank you for your understanding.

[About Day 3 Itinerary (Mt. Fuji & Hakone Tour)]
- If Mt. Fuji's 5th Station cannot be reached due to road surface freezing, an accident on the Fuji Subaru Line, or weather conditions, the tour will be taken to the highest elevation point possible. No alternative destinations are planned when the tour reaches beyond the 1st Station. When the tour has to turn back at the 1st Station, or when the Fuji Subaru Line is completely blocked, the tour will visit Fujisan World Heritage Center or Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park. Please note that an alternative itinerary may also be omitted depending on road conditions.
- Due to weather conditions, Mt. Fuji may not be visible even from the base. However, the tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be given for this reason.
- If the Lake Ashi cruise or Komagatake Ropeway cannot be boarded (when not visitable due to suspension of operation, road congestion, or conditions at other sightseeing areas), the tour will be guided to one of the following alternative destinations. (The tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued for this reason.)
Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Odawara Castle, Hakone Venetian Glass Museum, Hakone-en Aquarium, Hakone Ropeway, Hakone Pirate Ship, Narukawa Art Museum, Hakone Checkpoint, Lake Kawaguchi Cruise, Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, Itchiku Kubota Art Museum, Hakone Shrine, Oshino Shinobi no Sato, etc.
- Depending on the season and day of the week, traffic conditions may vary, and arrival time at each location may be considerably delayed. Thank you for your understanding.
- The trip from Odawara to Kyoto may require a train transfer midway at Shizuoka Station or Nagoya Station. If so, a staff member will assist participants in transferring.
- The arrival time in Kyoto may be later than scheduled, around 22:00 - 23:00, due to traffic congestion and other reasons.

[About Day 4 Itinerary (1-Day Kyoto Tour)]
- The Kyoto Imperial Palace is closed to visitors on the following days. As such, the tour will visit Kitano Tenmangu Shrine instead. If the closed day falls on the 25th, the tour will visit Nishi Hongan-ji Temple. (Mondays, Tuesday if Monday is a national holiday, and whenever there is an Imperial Household event)
- Nijo Castle is closed on Tuesdays in January, July, August, and December. (Closed on the following day if Tuesday is a holiday.) If closed, Ryoan-ji Temple will be visited instead.
- Participants will walk from the parking lot to Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine (about 15 min one-way). Thank you for your understanding.

[About Day 5 Itinerary (1-Day Hiroshima & Miyajima Tour)]
- Due to repairs starting from June 2019, Itsukushima Shrine's East Corridor, Marodo Shrine Worship Hall (scheduled to end Dec. 2022), and part or all of the large torii gate (end date TBD) will not be visible.

[Important Notes/Supplements: Regarding Children/Infants]
- Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus and Shinkansen seats or lunch. Also, at some hotels, a facility usage fee will be required. Please pay at the location.

[Important Notes/Supplements: Regarding Meals]
- For customers that would like a vegetarian meal or Muslim-friendly meal (for Day 3 Mt. Fuji & Hakone Tour only), please make a request at the time of booking.
*Muslim-friendly Meals: A menu that does not use pork or alcohol will be provided. Please note that these are not halal certified.
- If there is a large number of customers during lunch on Day 3, customers may have to take their own fruit serving and coffee from a buffet.
- A Western-style set menu meal will be served for lunch on Day 4. (May be changed to a vegetarian meal. Same-day changes are not allowed.
- Allergy-friendly meals, gluten-free meals, etc. are not available. Requests for those with allergies or gluten-free options cannot be accepted.
A Japanese-style meal will be prepared for lunch on Day 5. Vegetarian meals are available and must be requested at the time of booking.

[Important Notes/Supplements: Accommodation Information]
- While requests for non-smoking rooms, Double rooms, and baby cots are accepted, requests may not be accommodated depending on the hotel. Thank you for your understanding.
Baby cots are available for a charge at some facilities. Please pay at the location. Also, children sharing beds with adults are limited to 1 child per bed.
- The excluded days for each accommodation facility are different than the excluded days for tour operation.

[Luggage Delivery]
