This tour is accompanied by a National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter. Tour around popular sightseeing spots in Hiroshima, Miyajima and Kurashiki. This is a round-trip tour from Kyoto. Visit the World Heritage Sites of Itsukushima Shrine on Miyajima and Hiroshima's Atomic Bomb Dome on Day 1. Visit the Main Building of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, which was newly reopened after renovations in April 2019. On Day 2, visit the popular Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter and Okayama Korakuen, one of the three most beautiful gardens in Japan.

Itsukushima Shrine in Miyajima Lunch (meal charges not included in the tour)  (120 min)  
A World Heritage site. Established in the 6th century, this shrine is one of Japan's finest, and is famous for its beautiful Shinden-zukuri style structure (architecture representative of a nobles' residence in the Heian period). The contrast of the green of Mount Misen behind the lacquered shrine pavilion and the blue of the Seto Sea is beautiful and evocative of the underwater palace of Ryugujo.

Take the bus to Peace Memorial Park
Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park & Museum  (100 min)
This large-scale park was established in 1949 after the Pacific War ended, and is visited by countless visitors as a symbol of peace. The museum within the park is an Important Cultural Property of Japan, and was built to remind future generations of the terror wrought by atomic bombs.
Atomic Bomb Dome
The Atomic Bomb Dome is a symbol of the disastrous atomic bombing during WWII, the first atomic bombs used in human history, and has been preserved as it was to promote peace and elimination of atomic weapons around the world.

Stroll through many of the original storehouses that have been preserved from the Edo and Meiji Periods (Edo: 1603–1868, Meiji: 1868–1912).

Not only the collection of modern and western art, but the ancient Greek architecture and the ivy-covered stone walls also attract many visitors.

Your baggage will be transported by land from your pick-up hotel to your next staying hotel (in center of Kyoto/Osaka city only) after the tour with allowance of one piece per person. For the overnight stay in Hiroshima, we recommend you to carry a light overnight bag with you. For extra baggage, JPY 2,200 will be charged per piece.

If the minimum number of participants (2) is not met by 21 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date may be cancelled.


[Exemptions/Itinerary Guarantee: Itinerary/Destinations]
The type of transportation (mini bus, large van, taxi, train, etc.) between Hiroshima Station and Miyajima and from Shin-Kurashiki Station to Okayama Station will vary depending on the number of participants.
If the previous night's hotel is different from the next accommodation, luggage forwarding service (delivered separately) is available (limited to 1 piece of luggage per person). For those who would like to use the luggage forwarding service, please make sure to enter the official names of the previous night's hotel and next accommodation at the time of booking. Please be aware that service will not be possible if there are any errors in the information provided. Please note that whether for the prior night's accommodation or the next accommodation, service for private residences, private lodgings (minpaku), townhouses, and other accommodations which do not have front desk facilities is not available.
Due to repairs starting from June 2019, part or all of Itsukushima Shrine's large torii gate will not be visible. (The scheduled end date for repairs is yet to be determined.) 
The order of activities and arrival times may differ depending on road conditions and congestion at destinations.
Seats may not be designated.
[2020] Pick-up/drop-off service is not included. Please make your own way to the meeting location on the day of the tour. Tour ends after arrival at Kyoto Station. Please head to your next destination on your own after the tour.
