Each year, Japan's beautiful cherry blossoms attract large numbers of visitors from around the world. Let's join the tour to visit many places like cherry blossoms view point in Tokyo/Hakone/Izu/Yokohama. This package is LAND ONLY and with wonderful accommodations.

Day 1: Mar 28 (Thu): Tokyo


After arrival at the airport, you'll transfer to the hotel on your owns.
 
Your room is available from regular check-in time.
Check in the hotel.

Day 2: Mar 29 (Fri): Tokyo Sightseeing


Breakfast at the hotel.

Enjoy visiting the following places:
* Tsukiji Fish Market (60min.)
* Hamarikyu (the garden of a feudal lord's residence during the Edo Period)
* Sumidagawa River Cruise from Hinode Bridge to Asakusa
* Edo Tokyo Museum
* “Soramachi” nearby Tokyo Skytree by taking a short train ride (1station)
 
Lunch on own in area.
 
Transfer back to the hotel.

Day 3: Mar 30 (Sat): Tokyo


Breakfast at hotel.

Full day free at leisure.

Day 4: Mar 31 (Sun): Tokyo -Mt.Fuji - Hakone


Breakfast at Hotel.

Sightseeing by chartered bus with English Speaking Guide.

Proceed to Hakone, then ride a Pleasure boat on Lake Ashi from Togendai to Hakone-machi.
Visit * Hakone Checkpoint (Sekisho Ato) Exhibition Hall.

1.

Rules and Restrictions

 
* Passengers with foreign passports (excluding U.S passports) must obtain visa from Japan Consulate.
* Passport must be valid more than 6months from departure.
* Seats are limited; please call us 1-800-882-0268 for reservations.
* Price/Schedule is subject to change by Vendor.
* Minimum 15 people is required to guarantee the departure.
 
We strongly advise that tour participants purchase the Optional Travel Insurance plans.

2.

Participation

 
* For the benefit of everyone in your tour group, JTB USA, Inc reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, and to remove from the tour any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants.
* We require a minimum of 15 participants to guarantee a tour with an escort.
JTB USA, Inc will notify participants of any changes 66 days prior to departure.
We regret that our escorted tours will operate only when booked by a sufficient number of participants. We reserve the right to cancel any departure date that has insufficient demand.  
 
** There may be a possibility to operate tours with less than 15 participants. 
     However, it may require changes from each original tour itinerary and price.

3.

Deposit and Final Payment

 
* A $300.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit per person will be required at the time of booking. 
* The remaining balance is due 66 days prior to the departure. 
* If reservation is made less than 66 days prior to the departure, a full payment is due at the time of booking. 
 
* If remaining balance of payment is not paid within the above-required period of time, JTB USA, Inc reserves the right to cancel reservations.

4.

Cancellations/Changes

 
* In case of voluntary cancellation, the deposit remains non-refundable. 
* Cancellation/deviation/change due to natural disaster, weather, war, civil unrest and order of government or immigration regulations applies regular rules below. JTB USA, Inc will make possible efforts to minimize the penalty. 
* If situations occur during the trip, any extra cost for additional arrangements will be the individual tour participant's responsibility

-Up to 66 days prior to the departure           $300 deposit

-65 – 32 days prior to the departure             30% of the total tour fee 

-31 – 16 days prior to the departure             50% of the total tour fee 

-Within 15 days prior to the departure          100% of the total tour fee 

-Any additional individual arrangement may not be refundable. Please check with our travel agents.

* Changes up to 66 days prior to the departure can be accepted with a applicable fee based on the availability.
* Any change within 65 days prior to the departure is not permitted.

5.

Responsibility

 
The tour participant agrees that neither JTB USA, Inc nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing services, or any insurer or insurance administrator under the Travel Protection Plan, or of any other person, or any other situations beyond the control of JTB USA, Inc, including weather, natural disaster, war, civil unrest, and order of government or immigration regulations.
